Francisco Pérez Mackenna
Francisco Pérez Mackenna has served as Chief Executive Officer of Quiñenco since 1998. He is also a Director of many Quiñenco group companies, including Banco de Chile, Madeco, CCU, Inversiones y Rentas, LQIF, ECUSA, CCU Argentina, Banchile Corredores de Bolsa, and Telsur, and Advisor to the Board of Viña San Pedro Tarapacá. Prior to joining Quiñenco, between 1991 and 1998, Mr.Pérez Mackenna was CEO of CCU. Mr. Pérez attended the Universidad Católica de Chile, majoring in Business Administration. He holds a postgraduate degree (MBA) from the University of Chicago. |

Luis Fernando Antúnez Bories
Luis Fernando Antúnez has served as Chief Financial Officer of Quiñenco since 1996. Between 1985 and 1996, Mr. Antúnez was Chief Financial Officer of CCU. Prior to his experience with the Luksic Group, he worked in COPEC as a financial analyst. Mr. Antúnez attended the Universidad Católica de Chile, majoring in Industrial Engineering. He holds a postgraduate degree (MBA) from Georgia State University. |

Chief Legal Counsel
Manuel José Noguera Eyzaguirre
Manuel José Noguera has served as Chief Legal Counsel of Quiñenco since 2000. He is also a Director of several Quiñenco group companies, including CCU, Inversiones y Rentas and LQIF, and as advisor to the Board of Madeco. In his capacity as Chief Legal Counsel, he serves as an advisor to the Board of Quiñenco. Prior to joining Quiñenco, Mr. Noguera developed his career in other Luksic group companies for over 30 years. He is also a partner at the law firm of Noguera, Larraín, y Dulanto. Mr. Noguera received his law degree from the Universidad Católica de Chile. |

Felipe Joannon Vergara
Felipe Joannon has served as Business Development Manager of Quiñenco since 1999. He is currently advisor to the Board of Madeco, and Director of Alusa, Peruplast (subsidiary of Alusa in Peru), Telefónica del Sur, Viña San Pedro Tarapacá, Foods Cía. de Alimentos CCU, and Chairman of Viña Valles de Chile (Tabalí and Leyda) and Altair. Prior to joining Quiñenco, Mr. Joannon was CEO of Viña Santa Rita, CFO of Cristalerías Chile and Resident Vice President of the Corporate Finance Area of Citicorp Chile. He has also been a Professor at the Business School of the Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Los Andes. Currently, he is professor at the business school of Universidad de Los Andes. He received a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |

Martín Rodríguez Guiraldes
Martín Rodríguez has been with Quiñenco since 1999 as Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions and since late 2003, as Manager of Strategic Development. He is also currently a Director of Foods Cía. de Alimentos CCU, Alusa and Banchile Seguros de Vida. Previously, Mr. Rodríguez was director of Banco Edwards, Lucchetti, and Habitaria. Prior to joining Quiñenco, Mr. Rodríguez worked in key positions in Bankers Trust in Chile and the United States between 1993 and 1998. Other work experience includes Santander Investment where he worked in the Corporate Finance and M&A areas, Procter and Gamble (marketing), Inverchile (debt to equity swaps) and Citibank (executive trainee program). Mr. Rodríguez holds an MBA degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and an undergraduate and master degree in economics from the Universidad Católica de Chile. |
