Chairman
Guillermo Luksic Craig
Guillermo Luksic initiated his career with the group in 1975 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Quiñenco in 1982. He is also currently Chairman of the Boards of CCU, CNT Telefónica del Sur, Viña San Pedro and Madeco. Since it was acquired by Quiñenco in 2001, Mr. Luksic has served on the Board of Banco de Chile. In 2005, Mr. Luksic was appointed to the Board of Antofagasta plc. He is also advisor to and member of the Boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Ena Craig Foundation and the Center for Public Studies. Mr. Luksic is a Trustee of Finis Terrae University, and is a member of Quiñenco's Directors' Committee. |

Andrónico Luksic Craig
Andrónico Luksic has served on Quiñenco's Board since 1978 and is currently its Vice Chairman. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Banco de Chile, occupying this position since 2002. He is a member of the NYSE, the advisory committee to the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University, the Latin American Advisory Committee at Harvard Business School, the Board of Trustees to Babson College, the advisory Council of the Panama Canal Authority and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council. Mr. Luksic serves on the Boards of CCU, Madeco and SOFOFA and is a Trustee of the Chile-Pacific Foundation.

Hernán Büchi Buc
Hernán Büchi has been a member of the Board of Directors of Quiñenco since 1990. He also serves on the Board of Madeco and is an advisor to CCU. Mr. Büchi founded the Instituto Libertad y Desarrollo, a Chilean think tank, to which he is an adviser. Previously, Mr. Büchi has held a number of important positions within the government, including Minister of Finance, Minister of National Planning and Superintendent of Banks and Financial Institutions. He earned an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the Universidad de Chile and a masters degree in economics from Columbia University.

Matko Koljatic Maroevic
Matko Koljatic has been a member of the Board of Directors of Quiñenco since 2003. He also serves on Quiñenco's Director's Committee. Mr. Koljatic is also a Director of Interamericana Vida (AIG Chile) and Almagro, as well as Fundación Chilena para la Biología Celular and Fundación Rescate, non-profit organizations. Mr. Koljatic is a professor at the Universidad Católica de Chile's business school where he teaches undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA courses and conducts seminars on a wide range of business-related topics. During his tenure, he has also served as the Vice President of Economic and Administrative Affairs (1987-1994) and Dean of the Business School (1994 to present). Previously, Mr. Koljatic was Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson (Chile) and Gillette Chile. He is a graduate of Universidad Católica de Chile's business administration program.

Jean-Paul Luksic Fontbona
Jean-Paul Luksic has been a member of the Board of Directors of Quiñenco since 1993. He was elected Chairman of the Board of Antofagasta plc in 2004 after having served as Director for the company since 1990 and Deputy Chairman since 2000. Mr. Luksic was the Chief Executive Officer of Antofagasta Minerals until his appointment as Chairman of Antofagasta plc. He also is a member of the Board of Madeco. Mr. Luksic holds a B.Sc. degree in management and science from the London School of Economics.

Gonzalo Menéndez Duque
Gonzalo Menéndez has been a member of the Board of Directors of Quiñenco since 1996 and is a member of its Directors' Committee. Mr. Menéndez also serves on the Boards of Banco de Chile, CNT Telefónica del Sur S.A., and Antofagasta plc. He is currently Chairman of Banco Latinoamericano de Exportaciones (BLADEX) and Vice Chairman of the Andrónico Luksic A. Fundation and of the Pascal Baburizza Fundation. Previously, Mr. Menéndez was the Chief Executive Officer of Antofagasta Railway, Banco O'Higgins and Empresas Lucchetti. He holds a degree in business administration and accounting from the Universidad de Chile.
