Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A. (CCU) is a multi-category producer of beverages with operations in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Colombia. CCU also exports wine to over 80 countries. In Chile, CCU is one of the main players in each of the categories in which it participates, including: beer, soft drinks, mineral and bottled waters, nectars, wine and pisco. At a regional level, it is the second largest brewer in Argentina, where it also operates in the cider, spirits, wine and water industries, the latter since 2022 through a joint venture with Danone. In Bolivia, it is present in beer, water and soft drinks, non-alcoholic and malt-based categories. In Uruguay and Paraguay, it operates in the beer, mineral and bottled water, soft drinks, wine and nectars categories. In Colombia, CCU is present in beer and malt-based beverages, through the joint venture with Postobón S.A. and its related parties (“Grupo Postobón”), established in 2014. At the end of 2023, the company maintains license and/or distribution agreements with Heineken Brouwerijen B.V., PepsiCo Inc., Seven-up International, Schweppes Holdings Limited, Société des Produits Nestlé S.A., Pernod Ricard Chile S.A., Promarca S.A. (Watt’s), Red Bull Panama S.A., Stokely Van Camp Inc., and Coors Brewing Company.
Quiñenco participates in CCU through Inversiones y Rentas S.A., a company in which it has held an equal stake with the Dutch group Heineken since 2003. Together, both companies hold 65.9% of the company as of December 31, 2024.

CCU has over 10,700 employees and annual sales of around 34 million hectoliters of beverages, distributing its products to around 400 thousand sales or contacts points and through the e-commerce platform La Barra.
CCU’s shares are traded on the Chilean stock exchanges (Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago de Chile and Bolsa Electrónica de Chile). The company is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States of America and trades its American Depositary Shares (ADS) on the New York Stock Exchange.
