Along with thanking Andrea Tokman for her contribution during her 12 years at Quiñenco, the company’s CEO, Macario Valdés, announced that the economist will continue to serve on the boards of Enex and Tech Pack, as well as participating in industry associations and public-private forums.
Santiago, April 15, 2026.– After 12 years as Quiñenco’s Chief Economist, Andrea Tokman Ramos will step down from her executive duties at the holding company on April 30 in order to focus on her role as a company director, including her positions on the boards of Quiñenco’s subsidiaries Enex and Tech Pack.
Macario Valdés, CEO of the holding company, thanked Andrea Tokman for her contribution as Chief Economist and on the boards she will continue to serve on, and stated that “her global perspective, analytical capabilities, technical expertise and human qualities, are attributes that will undoubtedly continue to generate value in the various roles in which she participates.”
In addition, Andrea Tokman will continue as an elected member of Sofofa’s council, on behalf of Tech Pack. As an economist, she also serves on AmCham’s investment committee and is a member of the Monetary Policy Group of the School of Economics and Business of the Universidad de Chile, among other academic and public-private forums.
